Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2- 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If one of our items is coming from our international warehouse, you can expect from 12 to 20 days to arrive at your address.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. If one of our items is coming from our international warehouse, you can expect from 12 to 20 days to arrive at your address.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Candle And Incense Shop ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you have not received your tracking number of you have lost it, click here to go to The Candle And Incense Shop Page, click Track Order Status, and input your order number and email address found on your order receipt to retrieve your tracking number and the status of your package.
If you are unable to retrieve your tracking information after you place an order for more than five days, please contact us immediately a support@thecandleandIncenseshop.com immediately.
The Candle And Incense Shop is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping that is returned to our warehouse. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at support@thecandleandIncenseshop.com immediately.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
